Tickets and other requests
A paid ticket confirms the selected seats. Bus hire, parcel, and contact forms prepare a message for the Baron team. Those are confirmed when the team replies.
Fares and payment
Ticket fares are the prices the office has listed for a route. Paying with Paystack confirms the seats. Card and M-Pesa details are handled by Paystack, not stored by Baron. A payment that does not succeed does not confirm the seats. Office staff can also book a ticket and take cash at the counter. Departure times are confirmed by the team. Bus hire and parcel requests are still sent to the team and are not paid on this page.
Bus hire and parcels
Bus hire quotes follow the same pattern. The team confirms the arrangement before the coach moves. Parcel carriage uses the standard charges. Items on the prohibited goods list cannot be sent.
Your responsibility
Give a name and phone number the team can use. Arrive with the details they confirm. For parcels, describe what you are sending so the team can tell you if it can travel.
