What you type
Ticket booking asks for your name, phone number, email, route, date, and seats. Hire, parcel, and contact forms ask for your name, phone number, and the journey or message. Email is optional on the contact form.
Where it goes
Ticket bookings are stored so the office can see who is travelling and which seats are taken. Paystack processes the payment. This site stores the payment reference and status. It does not store your card number or M-Pesa PIN. Hire, parcel, and contact forms still open WhatsApp to 0724 743 827 and are not stored here.
Accounts and payment
Passengers do not create an account. Office staff sign in to book tickets and view bookings. Payment details are entered on Paystack, not on this site.
